Honduras SHG Marcala:

A perfect companion for the cool mornings and crisp evenings of late summer/early fall, this coffee is from Marcala, a municipality located on Honduras's southwestern side.  The bright, sweet acidity with citrus and floral notes produces a very complex cup.  Grown at an altitude of 4500-6000 feet, Honduras SHB Marcala is designated as Strictly High Grown.

Sumatra Blue Batak:

Grown in the Lake Toba region of North Sumatra, this coffee has a full body with a sweet/spicy richness.The special wet-hulled processing gives the unroasted coffee its deep blue color and the roasted coffee a sweet, syrupy finish in the cup.
